Lead Attorney, David A. Bowen, Esq. has 25 years of experience in immigration law. He graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1996 and was admitted in October 1997. Since then he has worked in various firms, representing individuals in removal proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), as well as handling immigration appeals and petitions for review before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the United States Court of Appeals.
Aside from deportation defense, David also has extensive experience representing individuals before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for a variety of immigrant and non-immigrant applications and petitions.
In 2019, David opened his own firm with the intention of offering compassionate representation to immigrant families outside of the corporate sector. As a person who is knowledgeable in areas of immigration policy and politics, David believes strongly in the positive benefits immigration has to the social & economic fabric of our country.

Stefi has over 10 years of experience in immigration law. She graduated from Monash University Law School in Melbourne, Australia in 2012. She also has a degree in Political Science, majoring in International Political Studies. Stefi started her career at a notable all-womens firm called, Pasha Legal. She moved to the United States in 2013 where she worked at various firms as a law clerk and gained extensive experience in immigration law specifically. Stefi now specializes in all matters associated with deportation defense. She also has extensive experience in immigrant and non-immigrant applications and petitions before USCIS.
Stefi has also worked in local politics as a policy director and campaign manager for a winning city council campaign in Manhattan, district 9.
Stefi conducts meticulous research of law, legal procedure and policy. She has extensive knowledge of current immigration law including a strong passion for immigration policy and reform. She has comprehensive knowledge of all pending immigration bills in Congress as well as a strong pulse on the political climate that presides over our present immigration system.
Ana holds a law degree from Libre University, Colombia as well as a Master law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in the United States.
With over 7 years of experience as a law clerk specializing in immigration, Ana has proficiency in handling diverse cases, including asylums, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, National Visa Center processing, waiver applications on grounds of inadmissibility and provisional unlawful presence, battered spouse cases, religious visas and u-visas.
Ana is also skilled in translating and interpreting between English and Spanish, offering comprehensive legal support and facilitating effective communication in diverse cultural settings.
